Warranty Policy
It is your
responsibility to inspect your order immediately upon
arrival. If your item was shipped by common carrier,
inspect packaging for any visible damage before driver
leaves. Make a notation on the Bill of Lading or
Delivery Receipt of any damaged observed. If your
product was damaged in shipment, it is important to file
a claim with the shipper promptly. For the purpose of
claiming to the carrier, it is necessary to take a
picture of any damaged item and email us at
info@topcanopy.com.

claim issue.
Any flawed item can be
replaced within thirty (30) days of the date of arrival.
This is a limited warranty. This limited warranty does
not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire misuse
or any other natural disaster. It also does not cover
damage resulting from insecurely fastened-down canopy
parts or improper installation. TOP CANOPY is not liable
for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in
connection with the use of any product sold on this
website, including any cost or expense of providing
substitute equipment or service during periods of
non-use.

We want you to be
fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online

item that you have purchased online, you may return the
item within 15 days of the date of arrival for a full
refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping &
handling, or other charges.

returned to us within 15 days from the date you receive
them.
* Items must be
returned in their original condition (new, unused, and
free from damage - with
no
scratches, blemishes, marks or no signs of wear on the

* Tarps must be
unopened in their original package (Tarps that have been
opened cannot be
returned,
and will not be refunded).
* Return must be
accompanied by their original documentation.
* Orders that are
refused for delivery will be charged a 15% restocking
fee and a return
shipping
cost will be charged on your credit card.
* No refund will
be given on shipping & handling, or other charges.
* All return

properly returned under this policy are eligible for the
option of a refund or store credit. If you prefer a
refund, you can expect a refund in the same form of
payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of
our receiving your returned product.

Missing Item
If you find missing items when you receive merchandise,
please contact our customer service at 888-343-6789
immediately. We will send out missing items within five
(5) days. If we do not have the same item at the time,
we put this item in back order. After 30 days of the
date of transaction, we do not cover missing items
replaced.

Shipping
We strive to get your item out as soon as possible.
In-stock items will be usually shipped within two
business days of purchase. Some items may take up to 15
business days depending on the season. We make every
effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If you
need an item by a certain date, please ask us.
We ship by UPS Ground Service mostly. For heavy weight
or irregular size items, we use very reliable trucking
companies depending on the shipping address. If you need
to use a lift gate or to have the deliver person go into
your business or house, you may be charged an additional
fee. Please contact us before you place an order, if
such a situation is foreseen.
Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house number, wrong
zip code, missing apartment number, etc.) will incur a
US$5.00 charge for ground services and a US$10.00 charge
for air services, if correction is made after package
has shipped. This fee is charged to us by the shipping
carrier for incorrect addresses and will be billed to
the credit card your order was placed with. Incorrect
addresses may also result in a delayed delivery. Please
double-check your shipping address for accuracy before
you placed your order.
Sometimes we may have to select some other shipping
methods and/or charge additional fees, for example,
outside 48 continental US states and international
shipping: In such a situation, we will contact you prior
to shipping. Minimum shipping & handling charge is
